24 Elements

How do you teach responsibility and hard work to a teenager? At Chain Reaction, we’ve spent over 20 years perfecting the answer. Like chemistry, our program combines key elements that create transformational changes in teen behavior. â€‹Teens reflect daily on 24 key elements through a 3:1 exercise, where they evaluate their strengths and areas for improvement. It emphasizes positive reinforcement, first acknowledging three skills they did well and then identifying one area for improvement, ensuring a positive and motivating experience

This process fosters ownership of their actions and encourages continuous growth through effective feedback from themselves. By practicing these elements in a fun, social environment—serving and making a difference—teens enjoy the growth process. That’s the power of the 24 elements.
