Key elements creating transformation change

24 Elements
How do you teach responsibility and hard work to a teenager? At Chain Reaction, we’ve spent over 20 years perfecting the answer. Like chemistry, our program combines key elements that create transformational changes in teen behavior. Teens reflect daily on 24 key elements through a 3:1 exercise, where they evaluate their strengths and areas for improvement. It emphasizes positive reinforcement, first acknowledging three skills they did well and then identifying one area for improvement, ensuring a positive and motivating experience

This process fosters ownership of their actions and encourages continuous growth through effective feedback from themselves. By practicing these elements in a fun, social environment—serving and making a difference—teens enjoy the growth process. That’s the power of the 24 elements.
