Alex Kemsley brings her passion for education and service to Chain Reaction, empowering teens to connect learning with community impact. After teaching AP Art History in Harlem and living in NYC, she draws on her rich experiences to inspire the next generation of leaders. As a former college athlete and the eldest of three siblings, Alex understands the power of teamwork, leadership, and mentorship. With over 600 high school service hours, she is committed to guiding teens as they discover the transformative joy of giving back and making a difference.

Founded by Kristin in 2004, Chain Reaction began with her vision to address the needs of our community by empowering teens to make a difference through service. With her boundless energy and unwavering positivity, Kristin inspires every teen to realize their potential and embrace leadership. Under her dynamic leadership, Chain Reaction has grown into Pensacola’s Premier Teen Leadership Institute, shaping thousands of teens into impactful community leaders. Kristin’s dedication ensures that each teen discovers their strengths, builds essential skills, and prepares for a successful future.

Kelcie Rausch brings a global perspective to Chain Reaction, drawing on over 12 years of experience working with Youth with a Mission in Australia. Her patient, wise, and uplifting nature allows her to guide teens with a calm and steady presence, helping them navigate challenges and grow as individuals. With her extensive background in youth development , Kelcie connects with and inspires everyone she meets. As a mentor and advocate, she is excited to share her diverse experiences and passion for empowering young people in the Pensacola community
